If glazing will be done with the dipping method, you can lower the boom.
Dry &Cedil;LS-01 is mixed in dry form by adding 1% CMC to it. Water is poured into the mixer and the dry material mixed into the water is added. After homogeneous opening, the bomesis is sized by passing through a glaze sieve (200 micron). After the glazing process is done, it is left to dry in room conditions. Then, after pre-drying in the oven, the glaze is brought to the development temperature.
The prepared glaze should be used within 2 days. It is recommended to dry for 24 hours at room temperature.
Note: After sufficient pre-drying at certain intervals up to 350 °C, take it to the cooking temperature.
